•    Stay fit with the Right Exercise – Daily exercise routine helps you with a healthy body. Not only that, it also keeps your mind fresh and your mood energetic. Add at least half an hour jog in your daily routine and a bit of exercise.
•    Drink a lot of Water and other fluids – Trust me, there is nothing better than water. Drink a lot of water and other alcohol free fluids daily. Drinking at least 10 glasses of water daily will keep your body hydrated and fresh.
•    Relax – I understand life is quite hectic. But it won’t harm you to go for a trip on weekends or relax your mind with some good music at the end of the day. Do anything that makes you feel relaxed.
•    Limit Alcohol intake – Alcohol can be relaxing at times but too much of everything is bad. Limit your alcohol and tobacco intake and that will not only keep you healthy but it will also keep your surrounding at peace.
